Description

Hello!

We are searching for a replacement from 1st November 25 for our beloved Max who is leaving our house in Brixton for pastures new at the end of the month.

The room is in a 4 bedroom house, and situated as the only room on the ground floor with a door out to the garden. It's West facing so you aren't woken up early and then it gets lovely light throughout the day and a fabulous golden hour.

Rent is £680 + roughly £110 bills per month (£55 council tax band E, £40 gas and electric, Wifi £8, Water £8). We have a private landlord who is actually a good person.

Comes furnished, with a nicer wardrobe to the one pictured. This might be getting replaced. Note that the room is also getting redecorated before you move in. The living room is lovely - sorry about the bad photos!

It's located about a 6 minute walk from Brixton station, and 10ish minutes to either Stockwell or Clapham North stations. So you've got a bit of fun chaos, good nightclubs, great restaurants to be found in Brixton Village. We're located on a quiet residential street, with a good, cheap, cash only local pub within a stone's throw.

We're looking for a fun, kind, calm and caring replacement flatmate, and we're hoping that's you!

A little about the flatmates:

- Gaby is unfortunately French but an adopted Londoner since the age of 8. She's just finished her SEND Masters and currently works in a museum and teaches dance classes. Interests: knitting & crochet, art, galleries, music, dancing, cooking, being french and stuff so probably wine and cheese but NOT charcuterie.

- Fred may be Danish but he's a born and raised Londoner. He works in advertising as a copywriter. His interests include music, reading, the movies, being danish, open top sandwiches, viking stuff, & ACL injuries.

- Roman is another born and bred Londoner. He loves music, mixing and blending, reading, big ideas, wearing silly outfits, deciphering the indecipherable.

- Max: doesn't matter, he's leaving anyway.

They're all quite smart, quite kind, quite considerate people and deserve a good replacement who enjoys getting stuck in for a movie night or a flat dinner. We throw the occasional house party and friends are welcome, but it's not really an afters house.

Please reach out with a bit about yourself, and happy to arrange a call. Viewings sooner rather than later as our landlady would like to find a replacement sooner rather than later of course!

Unfortunately, no couples and probably no pets but open to a case by case basis.

Good luck!
