We are having this beautiful room to be taken over from a running contract (recently renewed) to live with Ollie, the person having the second bedroom in this cool two bedroom apartment in a new build block in Central Brixton.

Right next to the Village, walk to the tube about 5 minutes, many stores, markets, gyms, bars, restaurants, and music, all on the door step.

Bills per person come to approx £120-150 per month.

I am planning to do some traveling and therefore look for someone to take over the contract.

Large build in double wardrobe, fully furnished, and almost new mattress.
