My flatmate is sadly moving out with his partner, and I am looking for someone to take one room in our 2 bed 2 bath flat in Brixton near the police station.

The house has a shared living-room/ kitchen, a small balcony and a shared garden with the other flats. The rooms are facing the back garden so it’s quiet at night. The flat is 5min walk from the underground and train station. Also we have a couple of bus stops just outside the house. Additionally, to add safety, it is a gated area where the flats are, with internal security cameras.

The bathroom is the main bathroom, but that one will be exclusively to your own use.

Small dogs are welcome. The letting agency allows pets, but the flat is not big so it is ideal for small dogs. Unfortunately I am very allergic to cats, sorry. My flatmate has a pug that sadly is leaving, and eventually I will be looking at getting my own dog (a little one).

I’m a 32 year old working in tech. I work fully from home and I have quite a busy schedule so you will not see me much around during the day. Also, I quite often go home to spend time with my family, sometimes up to a month. I love painting, and I am sociable, calm, and clean. I am looking for someone who is also clean and wants to make the flat feel like home.
