I'm looking for a friendly, professional female flatmate to share my beautifully refurbished two-bedroom Victorian garden flat in Brixton.

The available double bedroom is furnished and features a lovely big bay window, making it a bright and welcoming space. You'll also have use of your own WC, alongside a shared shower room. The flat has a spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area, with direct access to the garden.

The location is fantastic: just a 4-minute walk from Brixton tube and train stations, while the flat itself is tucked away on a quiet residential road.

-->A little about me
I'm a friendly and open person, working as a doctor primarily for a charity, alongside some NHS work. I'm also just starting a part-time Master's, so life is fairly busy! Outside work and studying, I enjoy going out for dinner, to the cinema and galleries, and making the most of London.

I'd love to share the occasional dinner or catch-up at home, but I'm also often out and about, so I really value having our own space and routines. I'll also be travelling at various points next year, so there may be times when you'll have the flat to yourself.

Ideally, I'd love to find a professional woman who's friendly and sociable but also independent, considerate and respectful of each other's space. I'm clean and tidy and would really appreciate someone who feels the same way and enjoys keeping a lovely home.
