I have two lovely rooms available in my spacious, three story, five bedroom house, located on a quiet close in the heart of Brixton!

The location is amazing, with fantastic transport links and everything you need right on your doorstep!

* 5-minute walk to the train station
* 7-minute walk to Brixton Underground Station (Victoria Line)
* 5-minute walk to the vibrant Brixton Market
* Less than 5 minutes from the O2 Academy Brixton

Both rooms are new bedrooms, so everything is brand new, including the beds, mattresses, duvets and pillows!

Each bedroom also comes with its own lock for added privacy and peace of mind.

The monthly rent includes:

The house also has one full bathroom (pictured) and an additional separate toilet on the ground floor.

💕 A Little About the House

My sister and friend are moving out, which means I’m looking for two lovely new housemates to make themselves at home!

I’m only at the property around once a week, so you’ll have plenty of space to relax and enjoy the house.

✨ Who I’m Looking For

Ideally, I’m looking for two female housemates who are friendly, down to earth, clean and respectful of their living space.

My preference is for someone who works outside the home, although I’m happy to consider hybrid workers too.

Ultimately, I’d love to find people who will treat the house like their own home, keep house tidy and contribute to a relaxed, welcoming living environment.
