Hello 😊 We have two lovely rooms available in our cosy spacious three story house, located on a quiet close in the heart of Brixton!

* Less than 5 minutes from the O2 Academy Brixton

Both rooms newly furnished, including the double beds, mattresses, duvets and pillows!

Each bedroom also comes with its own lock for added privacy.

The house has a livingroom, Garden, one full bathroom (pictured) and an additional separate toilet on the ground floor.

House dynamics -
4 bedroom property - I am a live in landlord but only stay at the property around once or twice a week due to work so you’ll have plenty of space to relax and enjoy the house.
One other female friend lives in this property who is friendly and welcoming!

Ideally, I’m looking for two female housemates who are professional, friendly, clean and respectful of their living space.

My preference is for someone who works outside the home, although I’m happy to consider hybrid workers too.

Ultimately, I’d love to find people who will treat the house like their own home, keep house tidy and contribute to a relaxed, welcoming living environment.
