Friendly Brixton Houseshare|Double Room,Good Size

Fred and I have been friends for 10 years and are looking for a friendly new housemate to join us in our lovely Brixton home from 1st December. Can be earlier if needed, just let us know!

I work in beauty advertising (yay free products) and Fred works for the NHS. We both work standard office hours Monday to Friday.

We’re usually pretty chilled midweek with TV and dinners after work, or heading to the gym, boxing or yoga, but tend to have busy social lives at the weekends.

We really treat this space as a home and like to keep things tidy. Fred is always buying a new ornament from vintage fairs and we’d love to get some more house plants. I love anything food related and taco night is my favourite house dinner.

The flat is a lovely Victorian property split over two floors, with high ceilings and loads of natural light. The room on offer is a good sized double on the second floor. We’re also in an amazing location, under 10 minutes from Brixton tube and right in the centre of all the shops and entertainment. Having a garden in this location is also a massive bonus.

Ideally, we’re looking for someone friendly, independent and sociable who has their own friends, interests and plans. Someone who enjoys a chat and the occasional house dinner or drink, but also has their own life going on. We think a similar outlook and lifestyle would make for a really lovely household.

Rent is £825 and bills are around £100 to £130.
