Double room in Brixton - all bills inc.

Hello!

We have a huge double room with a king size bed, wardrobe and a large built in desk/shelf area (photos don't do it justice!) available in our lovely 4 bedroom house from the 2nd of February. Our house is ideally located (8-minutes away from Brixton station (Victoria Line) and Loughborough Junction station (Thameslink trains straight to the city), a throw stone away from Brixton Village, Pop Brixton and the Recreation Centre.

The communal areas consist of a very spacious living-room with 2 sofas, one large TV, dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen. Wifi is available and included in the bills. There’s also a garden (with a set of table and chairs) where you can store a bike if needed.

The house comes with 3 amazing housemates - 1 x English 1 x Cypriot and 1 x Aussie. Lucy works in the hospitality industry, Abi is a physio, Oz works in the charity sector. We are between 36 and 38 years and currently have one person working from home.

We are looking for a new flat mate who is clean, tidy and respectful but most importantly fun to be around as even though we have our own lives and friendship groups, we still like to socialise and watch some TV in the living room, make dinners etc. when we're all around.

All bills included for £900 pcm. Bond is £655 and is held on the Deposit Protection Scheme.

We're looking for a boy (sorry ladies) ideally between 34 and 45 to keep the balance in the house.
