Double room available in 3 bedroom flatshare on quiet terraced street, close to Camberwell, Brixton and Stockwell. The flat is close to Myatt’s Field Park, one of the best Victorian parks in London and a hidden gem. Great coffee shop/ art gallery just down the road as-well.

We're looking for someone new to share our relaxed and friendly flatshare. Clean, tidy and considerate, respectful of people's privacy, honest, responsible. Not a party house. We have a cleaner who comes once a fortnight. If you can cook/ are green fingered you can take advantage of the garden herbs and greenhouse. Last year we had some success growing beetroots, peppers and chard!

Room is furnished. Lovely room with a view of the garden. (The garden is enclosed so it is secure).

The flat itself is bright and airy with plenty of space, with a decent sized garden at the back. Well equipped kitchen. Separate living room.

Bathroom with shower and extra toilet on bottom floor.

Utility room with washing machine, plus plenty of storage.

Bills are fixed at £200, so £1.075pcm all in (including cleaner).

No smoking.

We have a little black cat who is queen of the house! So you would need to be cat friendly (or maybe even a cat lover!)

The room is available from 1st November. No agents are involved, we deal direct with landlady.
