The flat is literally a 5 minute walk from Brixton tube station underground station and has every conceivable shop nearby too. The block is situated in a very quiet part of the area and benefits from quiet residents also.

The kitchen and all appliances in very good condition or new. The bathroom is also finished to a high standard which has a power shower, toilet and large wash basin.

I am looking for a lodger that is quiet, very clean and tidy, considerate, polite, friendly and respectful. I also need a lodger that is a NON smoker. I require photocopies of formal documentation such as passport or drivers licence, one month's rent in advance and a deposit for the same amount. Natalia
