I’m looking for a working, professional female to share a room in my house in a peaceful part of Chingford, E4.

I’ve been living here for five years, and my current housemate for two. We’re seeking a like-minded, conscious individual who values a calm, non-smoking household and shares our appreciation for a balanced lifestyle.

House Details:
The room is cosy, it’s located at the front of the house in a quiet area with minimal street noise.

You’ll have beautiful views of the reservoir from the kitchen balcony and shared garden, as well as from the bathroom, which has an electric power shower.

The house has a tranquil, friendly atmosphere, ideal for someone who values calm surroundings.

Living Space & Amenities:
We share the kitchen, living room, and bathroom, and I occasionally use the living room for in-person and Zoom yoga sessions (typically during the day or specific times). The house is well-maintained, and we each contribute to keeping our shared spaces clean and welcoming.

Transportation:
Chingford Station is a 9-minute drive or 25-minute walk away. The 97 bus from Ridgeway Park (a 6-minute walk) can take you to Leyton Station in 50 minutes or link you to the Central and Victoria Lines via Chingford and Walthamstow, making it convenient for city commutes.

Additional Details:
Parking is available, though the road is narrow.

I’m available most days and on Fridays and Mondays I am free to show the room, which is move-in ready now.
