Bright double bedroom in Chingford, furnished with a king size bed, bedside table, lamp, chair and long mirror. There is also a double built in wardrobe with plenty of storage space.

Also included is use of the kitchen, living room and bathroom.

A little about me: I’m an active female who has a love for travelling, sports, cooking/baking, reading and animals. Introverted but I do make time to socialise in small doses.

One months’ rent is payable as a deposit fee. All bills, including broadband and council tax, are included in the rent.

Rent is stated on the basis of a single person renting the room. If you are a couple, an extra £200 will become payable per month. Married couples/siblings/platonic relationships only please.

This is a quiet household, so please do not apply if you are looking for a place to hold regular/noisy events.
