It has laminate floors, and overlooks the back garden. The house has a nice back garden, which is south facing and get the sun all day, and we have a table and chairs outside. The house is bright and neutral. Parking is free and accessible.

Looking for a Monday to Friday Tennant, ideally., but would also consider a full time tenant if the person is right.
