Two of the rooms in my newly renovated 4 bedroom flat has become available as one of the tenants is moving countries, in early Feb. Sophie will be moving out around 3rd February (but this is flexible) which is when the room will be available. Beth will be moving out sometime early
March, to move North and be closer to work.. The flat is in a prime location only 5 minutes walk to Clapham Junction station or 5 minutes to the bars/ restaurants on St Johns Hill/ Northcote Road / Battersea Rise. Fully furnished with new furniture. Currently 2 of the 4 rooms are taken by good, fun, young professionals.
