One of the main benefits is that you’ll have your own private kitchen, attached to your room, which only you will use.

The flat is in a fantastic location with excellent transport links and plenty of shops, cafés, and local amenities nearby.

About You

I’m looking for someone who is considerate, respectful, tidy, and will help keep the flat calm, clean, and peaceful.

Ideally, you’ll have a similar routine to mine. I work full-time with early starts, so I’m looking for someone who works outside the flat 4–5 days a week, generally during normal daytime hours. If your schedule is different, I’m happy to discuss it.

Additional Information

* Bills are included in the rent.
* You’ll be responsible for keeping your private kitchen clean and well maintained.
* Three months of payslips and references will be required.

I travel regularly for work and split my time between this flat and my family home, so I don’t use the kitchen. As it’s attached to your room and for your exclusive use, its upkeep will be your responsibility.
