We are looking for new friendly and sociable housemates to come and join our humble abode in Clapham Junction.

From the 1st of September we have the loft available at the top of the house, a very spacious and bright space just for you. With your own bathroom and toilet. Furnished with double bed, wardrobe, desk and bedside table.

It’s a wonderful, homely, 6 bed house with ample kitchen and living room space, 3 bathrooms and a pretty little patio, perfect for dinner parties and BBQs, We are a very sociable and friendly bunch!!

Price shown is with all bills included with the exception of a bi-weekly cleaner that we split between us all. Parking permits can be purchased for zone C1 if you have a car.

Location of the house is amazing, a minute walk from Northcote road, less than 5 mins to Clapham Junction station with the best transport links. Lots of lovely shops, cafes and restaurants and only a few minutes from Clapham Common.

We’re all sociable and love spending time together as a house, but equally happy doing our own thing.
