I have 2 lovely double rooms in this wonderful and spacious open plan victorian property, to suit friendly Professional's. Please note that each room is for single occupancy and not for couples, or room sharers - sorry.

Looking for considerate, easy going, non-smoking, clean and tidy female(s) to share with fellow professional FEMALES. These 2 rooms could suit 2 friends looking to live together. As these rooms are practically next to each other.

👯‍♀️ • The Housemates:

The current female housemates are looking for a considerate, easy going, non-smoking, clean and tidy female. To share with the existing friendly and sociable females and to keep the current gender dynamic in the flat - that works well.

The remaining Tenants are aged 24. 26. 27 & 28 and all working professionals wanting to live with another similarly minded flatmate.

🙅🏻‍♀️ • Not currently looking for somebody with Full time WFH needs, or more than 1-2 days WFH Maximum.

🏠 • The House:

This is a fantastic Victorian house, with a modern open plan living space. There is a large open plan lounge/diner with sofas, a wall mounted TV, wooden flooring, modern lighting and a dining table and chairs that leads to a private rear sunny patio garden, that is not overlooked.

The kitchen is modern and fitted with a large American style fridge / freezer, a glass Hob, Washing Machine, separate Tumble Dryer, Dishwasher and Microwave.

There are 3 bathrooms in the house, 2 of which are en-suite. Therefore, the bathroom ratio is excellent for a house-share.

With only a 10 minute walk to Clapham Junction station, or 2 minutes by bus (every 2 mins) and 15 mins by bus to South Kensington, Sloane Square & Vauxhal Undergrounds (tube stations), makes this a great location.

Only 5 mins on the Overground to Victoria (Central London) & Waterloo (The City), West Brompton, Canada Water (Canary Wharf) Olympia and Shepherds Bush. 20 mins to Woking, Guildford and Surrey.

The immediate location is ideal, as literally on the doorstep there is a Local supermarket and Sainsbury's local, Post Office, Chemists, Coffee Shops, Dry Cleaners, Restaurants and Pubs. There is a Leisure Centre with swimming pool and a Nuffield Gym is a 5 minute walk.

Battersea Park is a 3 minute walk, where there is a Peace Pagoda, Zoo, Athletics Track, Bike and Boat Hire and Jazz events at the Lake and an oasis of open space in London. This leads onto the New Battersea Power Station, that now provides additional shopping, food and entertainment.
