The house is fully furnished and well-equipped. The room is on the ground floor equipped with a wardrobe, cupboard, double bed and a desk.
The house has a medium-sized kitchen with two fridges, a freezer, dishwasher and a big gas hob and oven. The living room is on the top floor and has a lot of storage space, as well as a cosy patio.
There are two bathrooms - one with a bath/shower and one with just a toilet. There is also a washing machine.
*** Bills are included in the rent - this includes Council Tax, TV license, Wifi, a cleaner every two weeks, gas, water and electricity. ***
The house is 30secs from The Fox and Hounds pub, 2mins walk from an Asda superstore, 5mins from Lidl and 8mins from Clapham Junction station.
We are looking for people who have similar interests to us. We're also looking for people who are clean, respectful and used to sharing with other people.
