This lovely double room is available from the 26th October for a long or short term let (minimum 5 months).

The room is in a large and very spacious 3 bedroom ground floor flat located in Clapham Junction. It is £1200 pcm with all bills included apart from the cost of the cleaner of £13.33 per week organised between us housemates.

The property has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which has a bath. We have high speed wifi throughout, TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime etc, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, heated floors and all kitchen appliances.

The front room is the kitchen and lounge combined so it is a modern and very spacious area filled with natural light, featuring bifold doors opening out onto a front garden, which is also a sun trap!

We are located on Battersea Rise just off Northcote Road near many shops, bars and restaurants. We are an 8 minute walk from Clapham Junction station and 2 minutes walk from both Clapham Common and Wandsworth Common.

You will be sharing with myself, a 28 year old Yoga and Pilates Instructor and Alex, a 30 year old male who works in marketing. We are clean, sociable and relaxed housemates who enjoy evenings in together watching movies and cooking and are also respectful of each other’s space. We are looking for someone who is also clean and respectful and adds to the calm and homely atmosphere.
