My flatmate is moving out to live with her boyfriend, and our landlord has given me permission to sublet her room until the end of the contract. We have a good relationship with the landlord who would be open to carry on renting the property to us once the contract ends mid-July 2027.

The flat is great, on a lovely street. High ceilings, big windows and our bedrooms are on different levels. The available double room comes with its own bathroom but is not ensuite. We also have a great separate washing machine and dryer that are very effective. There is good storage space in hallway cupboards.
