Double Room in Clapham Flatshare

Maddy, Louise and Lucy are 3 working professionals/friends looking for 1 new flatmate for our 4 bedroom flat in Clapham Junction!

Move in date would be 1st Feb and rent is £875pcm + bills (~£60-70pcm). We have a tenancy agreement until September 2026, with a view to continue on a monthly rolling contract after that.

We are a sociable household with a relaxed vibe. We like to hold the occasional board game night, flat dinner, go to the pub or just hang out and watch TV together. There is a nice living space in the house which is perfect for this! We also like our downtime and are understanding of others need to do the same. One of our flatmates is moving out of London so we are looking for someone to fill the room!
Ideally our preference would be for a female similar age range to us (25-35), however we are open to finding the right fit for the place.

- 5 minute walk to Clapham Junction station

About the room:
- Furnished with double bed and mattress, wardrobe and chest of drawers
- Downstairs bedroom

About Maddy (30yo): I moved over from Australia in 2023 and work full-time as a community mental health nurse Monday-Friday 9-5hrs with the occasional wfh day. In my spare time I enjoy playing sport, running, finding good coffee/pastries, travelling, board games, gigs and going out for food or drinks. I enjoy exploring out and about in London but equally love to relax with a cup of tea at home too!

About Louise (28yo):
I work for a Property Developer in London and usually work from various locations across London, which I tend to cycle to. My hours can vary week to week and I have very occasional work from home days.
Outside of work, I love my sports especially tennis, cycling and climbing. I enjoy going on walks and discovering new coffee shops and bakeries, restaurants and cocktail bars! I equally like relaxing at home, having a games night or watching a movie together.

About Lucy (27yo):
Lucy works as an Economist in the Civil Service five days a week and is usually in the office for at least three of those days. Outside of work she loves photography, ultimate frisbee and surfing. She’s also a big fan of finding new coffee shops, hanging out with friends, watching films and playing board games.
