Double Room in Clapham Flatshare

Maddy, Alice and Lucy are 3 working professionals/friends looking for 1 new flatmate for our 4 bedroom flat in Clapham Junction!

Move in date would early January and rent is £875pcm + bills (~£60-70pcm).

We are a sociable household with a relaxed vibe. We like to hold the occasional board game night, flat dinner, go to the pub or just hang out and watch TV together. There is a nice living space in the house which is perfect for this! We all have our own lives and friends, as well as needing our downtime when we're home. One of our flatmates is moving out of London so we are looking for someone to fill the room.
Ideally our preference would be for a female similar age range to us (25-35) and we're an LGBT friendly household.

- Furnished with double bed and mattress, wardrobe and chest of drawers

About Maddy (31yo): I moved over from Australia in 2023 and work full-time as a community mental health nurse Monday-Friday 9-5hrs with the occasional wfh day. In my spare time I enjoy playing sport, running, finding good coffee/pastries, travelling, board games, gigs and going out for food or drinks. I enjoy exploring out and about in London but equally love to relax with a glass of wine or cup of tea at home too!

About Alice (27yo): I work in Victoria for an education charity, where I’m in the office three days a week, and I do one evening shift a week at a nearby restaurant. I love listening to music, I’m vegan for the animals, I love games and karaoke with friends, going out for drinks, and film (romcoms/musicals have a special place in my heart).

About Lucy (28yo):
Lucy works in policy for the department for transport five days a week, and is usually in the office for at least three of those days. Outside of work she loves photography, ultimate frisbee and surfing. She’s also a big fan of finding new coffee shops, hanging out with friends, watching films and playing board games.
