The Flat:
The bedroom is a good size and comes fully furnished with a double ottoman bed (storage underneath), desk, desk chair and double corner wardrobe. The living room is light with opening balcony doors, a big sofa, tv and surround sound speakers. It also has a breakfast bar with space for four. The kitchen opens out into the living room and is a great size for two with plenty of cupboard space. Lastly the bathroom is modern with an electric shower/bath.

This second-floor flat is part of a secure block with a nice shared entrance hall and postal room. The entrance is controlled with key fob, it has a doorcam and guests can be buzzed in from the intercom in the flat.

Location: The flat is on Battersea Park Road (the flat has great double glazed window which block out most of the street noise) with plenty of food shops, restaurants and pubs nearby. Due to the location there is noise from the outside. Also its only a 5 minute walk to Battersea park for some greenery and/or running (I frequently run around the park). Its linked really well with buses into central within 25-30 minutes and is 10 minutes walk to clapham junction for trains into central within 8 minutes (Waterloo/Victoria).

About me: I’m 27, working in tech and I am the owner of the flat. I’m looking to find a lodger around the same age as me, whose sociable and tidy. I’m respectful of people’s space but would love someone whose up for trips to the pub and socialising sometimes too.
