Single spacious room in a quiet & comfortable home

The property has only two rooms and does not have a shared living room, making it a peaceful home for someone who appreciates a calm environment.

The location is excellent, with great transport links making it easy to commute to Central London and other parts of the city. Several bus routes are just a short walk from the property, and Clapham Junction Station is only five minutes away. The area is also very convenient, with supermarkets, local shops, cafés, and takeaway restaurants nearby. The river is just around the corner, providing a lovely place for a walk or some fresh air.

We are looking for a quiet, respectful, and considerate person who enjoys a peaceful home. The property is non-smoking, so we're looking for someone who does not smoke indoors.

The room is for one person only and is not available for couples or sharing.

The only house rules are:

- No overnight guests.
- No visitors coming to the property.

Other than that, you're welcome to make yourself at home. Basically everything else is allowed as far as it's common sense, you can cook everyday, do your laundry everyday, and use the facilities without unnecessary restrictions. The aim is simply to maintain a quiet, respectful, and comfortable home for everyone.
