Double En-Suite Room Close to Clapham Junction

Our good-sized top floor double en-suite bedroom is available to rent in our 4 bedroom family home which is a stones throw away from Clapham Junction, Northcote Road, and Clapham Common.

We are a professional couple, both 35 years old, with a young child, looking for a relaxed, tidy, and polite housemate.

The room is the only room on the top floor, which provides a little more privacy. It is bright and airy, and gets the sunshine for most of the afternoon. It has an en-suite with a bath, toilet, and sink unit. All bills are included, including internet access. Housemates are welcome to use the living room, kitchen, and garden area.

Our housemate must be a non-smoker. No overnight guests are allowed as this is our family home. Security is important to us (responsible locking doors/windows). We do require landlord and employer references.

This is listed as a Monday-Friday listing, but we appreciate if people need to be in London on Sunday nights to start work on Monday morning. We are open to Sunday-Friday, but this is to be discussed with the prospective housemate.
