Currently has a single bed in it but can be replaced with a double bed.

Price: £250 per week, paid in advance and inclusive of all bills: gas, electricity, water, council tax and broadband. Rent will be calculated pro-rata for the short-let period.

Deposit: £400.

Single occupancy only.

The room will be available from 1st August, as the current housemate is officially moving out on that date. It is available for a short let until 15 August.

The house has a modern finish throughout, a private garden, and is located in a quiet, lovely area close to the river, with great pubs, bars and cafés nearby.

It is also close to:
● Clapham Junction Station — 8-minute walk with excellent transport links
● Bus links to multiple areas, just a few minutes’ walk away
● Chelsea, Wandsworth and Clapham Common
● Shops and a gym just 30 seconds away — the gym is only £27/month and has basketball, football and padel courts

The room: Furnished double bedroom with bed, wardrobe/storage, desk and chair. Good natural light and high-speed broadband. You’ll have access to a shared kitchen, bathroom, living/dining area, washing machine and garden.

You’ll be living with myself and 2 others. We’re laid-back, respectful and sociable, with a chill and friendly house vibe. Everyone is a working professional in their 20s.

The house suits someone who wants a comfortable, quiet and well-located base in South West London.

Looking for: A tidy, respectful and responsible person for the full short-term period. Ideally suited to a professional or someone needing a temporary London base.
