Stunning Clapham junction sublet

Looking for someone conscientious to look after my beautiful flat in Clapham junction while I go away for work for a few months.

It really is an absolute gem this place, so bright, so warm, peaceful at night and the location cannot be beaten. It's right next to one of the best bakeries in London so you wake up to the smell of coffee and fresh bakes, battle the queues to grab a coffee from there or visit any of the multitude of other cute cafes on Battersea Rise then you're on the common within 2 minutes' walk. Clapham Junction way there's another array of bars, restaurants, and cafes and a big Asda just 5 minutes walk down the street. There's also a Tesco express right across the street for any last minute needs.

To get into central London you're an 8 minute walk from Clapham junction station then once there Victoria is 6 minutes away, Oxford Circus is less than 20 and then Richmond is 10 mins in the other direction.

On top of all that I've got an air fryer, a gorgeous OLED tv with most of the streamers, and all the appliances you need (dishwasher, washing machine plus clothes horses, microwave, fridge/freezer obv). PLUS a giant terrace that gets loads of sunlight, perfect for the warm weather. There's loads of storage in the bedroom, as well as cupboards as you come in, so storing stuff should be a breeze. I've also got plenty of cleaning stuff if you could give the place the occasional clean I'd appreciate it.

I have a lot of plants so hopefully you've got a bit of a green thumb and can take care of them while I'm gone. They just need the I also have a keyboard if you can play, but otherwise it looks pretty nice just hanging out there. As hopefully you can see, I do take great care of this place, literally everything in it is mine and was decided upon to fit the place nicely (although the terrace still needs sorting) so would like someone who appreciates a well taken care of home to come and treat it with the same love.
