We are looking for a house proud housemate to join us. We are a professional couple in our early 30's, who are social, but clean and respectable.

The room is large room with a large built in wardrobe.
The house comes as "unfurnished" however, we have already furnished the shared areas and you will only need to furnish your room. Our current housemates are also looking to sell their bed/bedframe and low boy as they are moving overseas so can sell them on to the new housemate for a decent price.

The location is only 3min walk from Clapham Junction station and has a Satandar bike park right across the road. There is a corner store below us and 5+ supermarkets within 10min walk.
