Hello, I'm Eleanor and I'm looking for a flatmate to move into the second bedroom in a 2 bed flatshare moments away from Clapham Junction station as my current flat mate is moving in with family🏡

Looking for someone clean and tidy who wants to make this flat a home! Ideally looking for someone who would like to stay long term

Bills not included in rent but come to about £150-200 per person, per month (including internet, gas, electricity, water and council tax)

Move-in date: 11th October (some flexibility possible)
Rent: £1200
Council Tax Band: D

The room and flat
The room has plenty of storage and comes with a queen size bed, double-glazed windows, and a built-in electric heater. It has its own bathroom and a large built in desk.

The flat has a very large living room and kitchen. There is a dishwasher and washing machine in the kitchen.

The flat is in an apartment complex that has free access to a gym, pool, hot tub and sauna

There is a parking space available with the flat too (which is empty as I don't own a car)

About me

I’m a full-time hospital pharmacist and generally work in the office Monday-Friday, 9-5. I enjoy relaxing at home after a long day at work, or heading out to see the sights of London with friends. I love cooking and it would be nice to live with someone who’s up for sharing the occasional meal. I also enjoy reading, running, painting, wildlife and getting out and about!

Who I'm looking for

I'd ideally like another professional, preferably 25+, who is clean, considerate and looking for a friendly home rather than just somewhere to sleep. Someone with similar interests and who’s happy to socialise from time to time would be a great fit.
