Room based in-between Clapham Junction and Battersea Park. You will be joining a friendly group of singles and couples. Rent is £1300 a month which is inclusive of bills, a fortnightly cleaner and basic amenities.
The house is based in a great location 5 minute walk from Clapham Junction, 15 minutes from Battersea Park and we have a Lidl and Asda nearby. Northcote Road in Clapham is just a short walk away too.
The double room is bright, spacious and looks out onto a quiet street with a large cherry blossom tree. The room fits a double bed, wardrobe, draws and desk for home office setup. Based on the first floor, you will share a bathroom with the couple upstairs (bathroom is super spacious with a bath tub).
You will be sharing the house with a group of young professionals who are both social but also have their own busy lives. All flatmates have come over from New Zealand for that London experience.
