I have viewed this beautiful 2b2b apartment 1 min walk to clapham junction station, south-facing with a garden view. But my friend, who was planning to rent with me, had some changes in her plan so she couldn't move in now. Looking for someone to rent this place together with me!
The apartment is very spacious, bright, modern, with luxury furniture provided. The clapham junction station is one of the largest station in southwest London and can take you basically anywhere central within 15 min (And you can avoid the horrible tube commuting!). The neighbourhood is also very beautiful and vibrant. You can easily walk to Battersea park, Clapham commons, and enjoy pub and parks.
You can take either the en-suite or the other bedroom (I don't mind) and we can just share the 3600 pcm rent. I am a a recent Cambridge PhD graduate and moving to London for a job in finance.
