Description
Looking for a girl (ideally 26-30) to take over my room in a 2 bed maisonette flat. You’d be living with my flatmate Sarah, who is 28.
📍 Location: just off the Northcote Road and 6 mins walk to Clapham Junction station.
- Lovely location up a residential road
- A 10 mins walk to Clapham Common and Wandsworth Common
- Northcote Road 2 mins away, with lots of bars, pubs, cafes, shops & plenty of choice for food shopping
- Lots of buses go from the end of the road
🛏️ Room: Large, bright bedroom with king sized bed. Comes fully furnished & plenty of space for a desk. The room is at the back of the property, so it’s nice & quiet
The house feels like home & is a lovely flat to live in. The landlords are really friendly & helpful.
Sarah is a lovely & chilled housemate, who’s lived here for 2 years who’s looking for a like-minded girl 💗
