Description
Lovely spacious bedroom with an ensuite on the top floor of a period building. The house is located on a quiet tree lined street 5 min from Clapham Common, 10 min from Clapham Junction station, and about 20 min from central London. The room is available from 4th Nov, rent includes bills, wifi & occasional roast dinners.
You'll be joining me and my teenage daughter, our 2 cats and a dog. We're a friendly and respectful bunch, enjoy cooking together, watching movies and doing creative projects. You're welcome to join dinner time / movie nights but equally the room is on the third floor so you will enjoy complete privacy, peace & quiet.
We're looking for a student / young professional to join us. No male guests allowed I'm afraid. Female/LGBTQ+ applicants only.
Please don't apply if you're allergic to either cats or dogs.
