Double bedroom available in the heart of Clapham Junction
Hi I am moving out of my lovely double bedroom in a three bedroom flat and we are looking for a mid to late 20s young professional to fill it!
The room includes a double bed, wardrobe and extra storage space available.
You will share a bathroom with the two other girls that live here. It is a cosy flat with full kitchen, including a washing machine. And a living room including the tv!
The area is in Clapham junction and a five minute walk to Clapham junction station and a ten minute walk to Clapham Common park. We also have a bus stop close to the flat which is perfect for getting to Battersea power station and Battersea park which is about 20 minutes away! There is a big Lidl and Asda opposite the station and you have lots of bars/pubs to go out for drinks and meals!
You will be sharing the flat with two lovely girls in their mid twenties. They are both young professionals and in their spare time they enjoy going for drinks, reading and going to the gym/pilates!
The move in date will be the 22nd of December.
The additional bills include WiFi, council tax (council tax band d) gas + electric and water which comes to approximately £110( but can vary in the warmer/colder months)
