I’m a 31-year-old female working professional. I’m an open, kind, and warm person. I’m newly single and would love to find someone at a similar stage in life to share this place with - ideally building a nice friendship, go out and travel together, rather than just co-existing.
About the flat:
It’s a modern 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat located on the mid floor. You will have your own private En-Suite double room!
Please note: The flat and room come unfurnished, so you will need to furnish your own bedroom (and we can curate the living area together).
Location-wise, it’s literally moments from Clapham Junction station, but the development itself is super safe, quiet, and peaceful.
House rules & vibe:
Non-smokers, and no shoes indoors.
Clean & considerate living: keeping shared spaces tidy and ready for the next person (e. g. wiping down kitchen counters after cooking, folding the sofa throw after a cozy TV night, no dishes left in the sink overnight). Just basic mutual respect and care for our home.
Availability & details:
Available from mid-November, but I can be flexible as I appreciate some of you might have a notice period to honor, so I'd be happy to cover that notice period on my own if we really click.
