My two current Aussie housemates (early 28&30 ) and I (English/Italian gal 35) have just seen a gorgeous HMO house today via an agent that’s not up online yet so were the first to view! Unfortunately can’t link since it’s not on the website but think:

We’re looking for a chill, friendly person/couple in their 30s, who are clean & tidy (know how to unstack a dishwasher and take out a bin on the regs 🙈🙈), preferably work mostly in office but hybrid ok!

We really want somewhere we can come home and relax in the evening, maybe watch a series together (currently we’re baking each week for bake off!) and have a chat in the kitchen. Not a big party house that will be popping every weekend — but absolutely open to bday parties & dinner parties every now and again with everyone welcome to join in 💃🏼🕺🏻🪩.

Need to be both in full time work and able to pass referencing asap!

My two housemates: Aussie school teacher & physiotherapist couple from Adelaide. Very active, love to explore London on their bikes, have travelled lots with the best stories, pub quizzes, amazing chefs & brownie makers.

THE AREA
🏡The house is an sw11 postcode between Lavender Hill and Clapham Common, which is right at the end of the street — so nice for summer sunbathing (although there’s plenty of room for that in the garden too!!).
🏡About a 15 min walk each way to Clapham Common station or Clapham Junction or less than 10 on the bus. 20 mins on the bus to Sloane Square, 15 mins to Vauxhall.

**The house is currently unfurnished but we actually live just around the corner in a shared house & our landlord is selling, so we have lots of furniture we can bring over to save on costs but also space for us to decorate and make it nice and homely however we like.**

Photos up right now are of our current house which is essentially exactly the same as it’s on the next street 🙈 just to give an idea of vibes. The new house is actually nicer than this one though!! So sorry I don’t have photos of the house itself because it’s not online yet but if you DM me a bit about yourself/selves I can send across the video I took this morning & we can set up a FaceTime.

⏩⏩⏩We are looking to move really quickly on this and put in an offer with the agent this weekend since HMOs are so hard to come by & the agent told us this one will go really quickly because of the house and its location.⏩⏩⏩
