Looking for a girl to move in with me!

Hi! My name is Laura and I am 26. I am looking for a flatmate to move into a flat I have found in Clapham Junction. It is a 2-bed, 2-bath, just a one-minute walk from the station. The flat is brand new and fully furnished. The rent is £3,293 per month, so £1,646.50 each (excluding bills).

I have already viewed the flat and it is lovely, with a modern kitchen and bathrooms. I have not secured it yet, so I am looking for someone fairly urgently. I am hoping to move in before 19 December 2026, or early January 2027 if the landlord allows.

I am half Spanish, half German, but grew up mostly in Spain. I did my undergrad in Psychology at Loughborough University and now work in the NHS as an Assistant Psychologist. I am planning to apply for a doctorate next year, so I would describe myself as quite career-focused.

During the week I work 9–5 and usually get home around 5:30pm, or 8pm on days I go to the gym.

I love pretty much any sport (running, swimming, cycling, hiking, Pilates, barre, tennis, etc.). I like a cheeky pub now and then, but I am quite a homebody. I am an early riser and in bed by 9pm, so I am looking for someone with a similar routine :)

I am also extremely clean and tidy (low key OCD 😂), so I am hoping to live with someone similar.
