All mod cons are provided including a fully equipped and spacious kitchen with ample storage facilities for everybody living here. There is also a modern digital TV in a dedicated television room (we provide the TV licence). Each bedroom is fully furnished.

There are two toilets (one self-contained with a sink and cabinet and one combined with a shower and bathroom).

The flat has broadband so streaming your games, Netflix or Amazon Prime won’t be a problem.

The current flatmates are a cosmopolitan group of young professionals.

We provide a cleaner for all communal areas twice monthly.

Safety and well-being:

We check that the flats are safe and in good condition once every six months and I can be contacted directly at short notice if you need anything. The flat is also checked extensively by qualified electricians and plumbers at least once a year. we are happy to provide copies any related safety certification upon request.

We will provide EPC, gas certificate, electricity certificate and all other legal documents when needed.
