I’m a visual artist offering a bright, spacious and beautifully furnished double room in my fully furnished two-bedroom flat in Clapham North.

The flat is on a quiet residential street, but very well connected, Clapham North Underground is around a 5-minute walk, with Clapham High Street, cafés, restaurants, bars and shops all close by. Clapham High Street railway station is nearby too, and Brixton is around a 10-minute walk away.

The room

The room is bright, spacious and comfortable, with a large double window overlooking greenery and a lovely public garden across the road.

It comes furnished with:

A little about me

I’m a visual artist and my studio is in Brixton, so I’m generally out during the day from morning until evening. I also go to the gym regularly and spend quite a bit of time out and about.

When I’m home, I enjoy a calm, clean and relaxed environment, cooking, watching a film or simply unwinding after the day.

I’m looking for an independent, clean and respectful professional who appreciates a similar lifestyle. This is a peaceful home rather than a party flat.

Rent & bills

£1,000 pcm + approximately £150 bills

Bills include council tax, energy, water and broadband.

I’m also open to a Monday–Friday arrangement for someone who mainly needs the room during the working week. The price is negotiable depending on the arrangement, so feel free to get in touch and we can discuss what works.

Non-smoker preferred. Smoking on the balcony is fine.
