Double Room in Clapham SW4

We are looking for a new flatmate as one of us will be moving out soon.

This is a partly furnished double room (bed, wardrobe included) in a lovely newly-decorated flat in Clapham.
Ideally situated a 3-min walk away from Clapham North/Clapham High Street stations, and a 10-min walk from Clapham Common.

There is a local Sainsbury's right around the corner as well as Clapham High Street where you can find plenty of restaurants, shops, pubs, gyms...

Shared bathroom and living room. No cleaning services are included as we clean the space ourselves based on a cleaning rota every week, so we would really appreciate someone VERY clean who could look after the place as we do.

The two of us met on Spareroom two years ago and since have become great friends and love living together, but we equally have our own lives and we’d love someone who would slot into our current dynamic♥️ Please note, this isn’t a party flat, we love a night out but both value our peace at home♥️

We are two female professionals (28 and 34 y. o)
Bills not included - Around £150/month/pp on top of the rent.
Long term no short terms please.

Please note that the flat is on the 3rd floor with no lift - 3 flights of stairs.
