Large double room in friendly house share

We have an amazing double room to rent in a large Victorian terrace house, perfectly situated between Clapham and Brixton (zone 2). The nearest tube is Stockwell (Victoria/Northern Line) with both Brixton and Clapham North less than a 10 minute walk away.

The house has 2 communal living rooms, 2 bathrooms (1 with shower the other with shower and bath) and a kitchen & dining area. There is also a small sun trap garden with a seating area, perfect during the summer months.

The bedroom:

Upstairs room at front of house, fully furnished with double bed (under bed storage), 2 wardrobes, chest of draws and desk so is a great room if you work from home some days.

We are a social bunch of young professionals who enjoy spending time together, but also do their own things. Looking for friendly like-minded housemate (ideally female), who will join in the evening Netflix series or a drink or 2 in the local. As with any large house shares, being clean and tidy is essential.

The deposit is 850 GBP required when accepting the room. The rent is 1092 GBP per month including all bills, broadband, and some house consumables. The room is available from first week of October
