Quiet and comfortable flat in a Victorian terrace house with roof garden, spacious friendly kitchen, large sunny and south facing living room. Great atmosphere maintained by all of us.

Included in the rent are all bills, internet and council tax. We also have Miriam, our cleaner coming around once a week and this is also included in the rent.

The room available is a large loft room with wooden floor. I am very happy to rearrange furniture according to your needs.

You would be sharing with myself, male, a self employed German/British national working in field of health and personal growth as well as a writer of self help books in the field. In total I am looking for two new flatmates so in the near future we will be three people living here.

I like sharing our space with friendly and self aware - preferably multicultural people with a sense of humour and a positive outlook on life.
