Quiet and comfortable flat in a Victorian terrace house with roof garden, spacious friendly kitchen, large sunny and south facing living room. Great atmosphere maintained by all of us. The cost included in the rent are all bills, internet and council tax.

The room available is a large loft room with wooden floor. Happy to rearrange furniture according to your needs.

You would be sharing with myself, male, self employed German working in health as a therapist and as a writer. In future we will be sharing with a third flatmate.
