Double Room + Own Bathroom

Hi, I have a double room available with its own bathroom in a lovely large 2 bed ground floor flat that has access to a huge communal garden. The room has plenty of storage and also has space for a desk. There is a great shared living room with a big bay window which has a 60" TV and 2 large sofas. There is a fully kitted out kitchen next to a small utility room that has additional storage with a washing machine and dryer. There is also a cleaner who comes fortnightly.

The flat is located ideally for transport links, there are 3 stations - Clapham North, Stockwell and Wandsworth Road all within walking distance as well as plenty of buses on Clapham High Street. The flat is located on a quiet road but there are lots of lively bars and restaurants nearby in Clapham Old Town.

I work full-time for a tech firm and am in the office 3-4 days a week. I'm looking for someone fun to share the flat with, someone who's up for watching TV in the evening (Below Deck comes to mind), share a glass of wine and enjoy a catch up. but also has their own life and friends. I'm often out playing sports (running or tennis) or meeting up with friends so ideal if you have a similar lifestyle.
