After months of trudging through London’s rental jungle - viewing one overpriced shoebox after another and questioning all of our life choices - we’ve only gone and done it.

Myself and 3 mates have finally landed an off-market royalty-level palace in Clapham North - 4 minutes from the underground (and rightful local pub). Move-in is 20th September, and we’re now on the lookout for two new housemates to complete the fort and help turn this place into a proper home.

Big house. Big energy. Big moves in motion.

🏡 The House? Massive

No exaggeration - the entire ground floor is basically one big social playground. Two combined reception rooms up front (bean bags, projector, and movie nights pending), a kitchen made for Sunday roasts, a long dining hall (hello, board games & wine), all flowing out into a private garden - with a shed full of potential.

Roughly 920 sq ft of shared-space fun and mystery - and that’s just downstairs, with 3 more floors to go.

Each bedroom comes with a built-in wardrobe and plenty of storage - plus, there’s even a cellar for all the extra stuff you don’t want to look at again until 2026.

Aside from the top-floor en-suite, there are 2 shared bathrooms and 3 toilets between the remaining 5 rooms. We'll attach a floor plan with the available rooms beautifully highlighted for your viewing pleasure.

🛋️ Furnished & Ready

We successfully sweet-talked our way into getting 6 beds with mattresses, sofas, and a dining table with chairs thrown in. Photos with furniture are incoming (it was previously listed unfurnished), but the big essentials are sorted - and the rest we’ll all pitch in to make the space ours. Time to dust off the Pinterest boards.

👪 Who You’ll Be Living With

We’re all about making this a proper home for everyone.
We’ve been mates for over seven years - met at Swansea uni and, despite every chance to drift apart, still haven’t managed to shake each other off (which we’re taking as a good sign).

Outside of work, we’re big on being out and about - exploring, adventuring, working out, grabbing a beer, pub, club, then grub, the lot.
We’re four full-time young professionals working across software engineering, business development, cyber security, and the Civil Service.

A bit about us:

• George is currently training for an ultra-marathon from Cardiff to London (yes, really).
• Ceiron spends most of his summer surfing or down at the wave pool.
• Amin is our early riser - usually knocking out laps and counting the swimming pool floor tiles at Brockwell Lido before most people are even awake.
• And, Ed lives and breathes rugby - although he’ll admit he’s more fan than pro these days

We’re genuinely buzzing to move in, meet you, and create a fun, friendly space we all love living in, and heading to the pub. We're looking for like-minded people (male or female) who are easy-going, adventurous, and up for making the most of this brilliant spot.

💰 The Details:

Rent: £1,216.67 per person (paid on the 1st of each month)

Bills: Not included, but split six ways so shouldn’t be too painful

Deposit: Standard 6 weeks - £1684.62
