The flat is fully up to spec, with a large new fridge, powerful heating, fast internet and high grade finishes throughout.
The room: large double room with a walk in closet! Furnished and fits an additional desk comfortably.
The area: the flat is a 5 minute walk to Clapham North Station, 10 minutes to Clapham Common, and 15 minutes to Brixton. Really couldn’t get any better location wise. Easy connections to all of London and night tube, plus all the activity of Clapham High Street 5 minute walk.
Flatmates: Im Julian, 29, been in London 6 Years originally from Puerto Rico 🇵🇷 Im a professional working in higher education- background in science-biology/biotech and design, easygoing, love a night out and a night in with my friends (many of them previous flatmates) so ideally looking for someone social and friendly that loves and takes care of this flat !
