It’s a bright and airy second floor flat with direct balcony and garden access and separate lounge room and kitchen / dining. Which makes it ideal for living with flatmates as you are never on top of each other. Each room has its own bathroom.

The flat is furnished to a high standard, with all large appliances including a dishwasher and washing machine, all lounge furniture, bed with under bed storage, mattress that’s only 3 months old and fitted wardrobes, there is also a large cupboard right outside the room and a massive attic for storage which is a super rare find … the current housemate owns the chest of drawes and bedside table and will be taking these with her.

Secure bike storage is also available onsite and a parking permit can be obtained easily.

Bills are around £180 each, Its Lambeth council tax.

I am originally from Australia but have lived here for 11 years and also lived in the area for 10 years so know the best coffee and brunch spots and looking for someone who is wanting to enjoy where they live and sees their home as a sanctuary vs a pit stop, I take pride in keeping the flat clean and tidy so looking for someone similar. It isn’t a party flat, those days are behind me!

I work in the Mayfair area and I am in the office a few days a week, so looking for someone with a similar set up. It wouldn’t suit someone fully remote.
