Room in a 2bed flat in Clapham North

🏡Room available in a 2-bed flat in Clapham Common/North sharing with one other 25yo girl 🏡

I am looking for a person to take over my flatmates room in this 2-bed flat.
The room is furnished, with a double bed and a two part wardrobe.
The living room, kitchen and bathroom are shared, all fully furnished and the bathroom has just been renovated.

Available from the 20th of November (move in date flexible). I am looking for a young professional woman, that ideally works in the office 4 days a week as I work from home and there is only a desk in the living room (although this is temporary). I am however very active and am always outside of the house in the evenings as I have volleyball training twice a week, go to the gym and see friends regularly.

The flat is on the ground floor and has a private garden, the room advertised is exterior looks onto the garden, and is furthest away from the other room, so there is a lot of privacy. It is a 6 minute walk from Clapham North station and 8 minute walk from Clapham Common. Rent is £1000 per month plus bills which are around £200 (although you might be able to negotiate with the landlord regarding rent) We are a 2 minute walk from Clapham High street so there are lots of shops and a PureGym around the corner.

There is no deposit as we are renting from a private landlord. We are on a rolling contract so the notice you would have to give if wanting to move out is only 1 month.

I keep the flat clean and tidy and would like the other person to do the same.
