We have one double bedroom which will be available from mid October in a three bedroom house set over two storeys close to Clapham High Street and Clapham North underground. The area is very vibrant with a number of restaurants and bars in close proximity, as well as a supermarket in close reach. Clapham Common is also only a 10 minute walk.

The house is a period property which has been modernised internally, and has very generous communal areas including a decent sized kitchen/diner and separate large lounge, with a small patio area outside

All bills are included with the exception of cleaning which is worked out between the tenants.

You would be sharing with two other working professionals both in their mid 20's
