Room available in a lovely 2-bed flat between Brixton & Clapham North

We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our home from 08/11/2026.

The room is £850 per month, excluding bills. Bills are split equally between the three of us at the beginning of each month.

📍 Location:
• 12-minute walk to Brixton
• 8-minute walk to Clapham North Station
• Close to a big Tesco, big Sainsbury’s and Lidl
• Great transport links into central London

🏡 The flat:
The flat has a big living room, a lovely outside area and plenty of space to relax. One of us works from home one day a week, but otherwise we’re both out and about with work.

👫 About us:
We’re a friendly Kiwi couple who enjoy having a chilled home. We like to keep to ourselves and have our own space, but we’re also sociable and love having friends over occasionally.

We’re looking for someone with a similar vibe. Someone who enjoys chilling at home, having a couple of drinks at the weekend, watching something together or playing games. If you’re up for the occasional flatmate game night, even better!

We’d love someone who wants to actually enjoy living together and have a friendly relationship with their flatmates, while still being respectful of everyone’s space.
