Double room - Ferndale Road £900pm Inc most bills

The room will be available from Sunday 1st Nov, and we are holding viewings w/c 19th Nov.

We’re based a 5 minute walk from Clapham North station, the house has three bedrooms, a spacious living room (with dining table not in the photos) bathroom, downstairs WC and kitchen - which leads on to a fantastic terrace (great sun trap!)

The bedroom itself is a spacious double. The £900 covers rent and most bills (water, council tax, wifi). Excluding gas & electric - a bit variable at the minute but would expect ~£50pm on average each. We used to have a cleaner fortnightly which was on top that might be reinstated.

Hannah (f) and Kate (f) are professionals, in our early 30’s and would ideally like someone who’s as equally easy going. We’re social, do the odd pub, cinema etc as a house but also live our separate lives.
