It comes furnished with a comfy double bed and a spacious wardrobe. There is a dresser in there which Ruth would happily sell to the future flattie!

The heart of the home is our open-plan kitchen and living area. Complete with a big comfy sofa and a great TV, we spend a lot of time hanging out watching movie nights, winding down after work, or chatting over dinner. The living space leads right out to our little garden at the back.

• The Local Spots: Our absolute favourite coffee shop beans and beats is right at the end of the road, and the iconic Duke of Edinburgh pub is just around the corner 
• Green Space: We are super close to Clapham Common for crisp weekend walks. 
• Commuting & Shopping: Brixton station is an 8-minute walk, Clapham North is 10 minutes, and a massive Tesco and Lidl are just 5 minutes away.

🍝 Meet Your New Flatmate: 
You’ll be flatting with Nikita. She is an Aussie, works as a nurse in the private sector. When she’s not at work, she’s a big fan of Pilates, loves planning fun weekends away, and makes a legendary spaghetti Bolognese. The only reason this room is opening up is because Ruth is moving abroad and will be very sad to leave this little home we made!
